郭嘉源 Kwok Ka Yuen (香港 / Hong Kong)

生於香港,現居台北。獨立編舞、舞者、工作坊導師、模特兒。2009年畢業於香港嶺南大學 視覺研究系。畢業後受聘 香港何鴻毅家族基金為「敢動!」身體教育計劃導師,曾赴 台灣雲門舞集舞蹈教室接受三個月相關職前培訓。主要身體訓練背景為 接觸即興、肢體劇場和 舞踏。

 

2014年加入 台灣無垢舞蹈劇場擔任舞者一年,參與《觀》於台北國家戲劇院的演出。為435藝術家工作室進駐藝術家(2014-2016,台北)。

 

四個重要編舞作品分別發表於 中港台澳的藝術節,包括有《捷克的鳥 台北的飛》 (香港牛棚雙周,2016)、《在身體裡 溯溪》(烏鎮戲劇節,中國,2015)、《28中的最後6個夏天》(入夏藝術節,台灣,2014) 和《大人之繪本》(澳門藝穗節,2013)。

 

自2015年著力於 國際藝術駐村計劃和 推廣社區舞蹈教育。

近三年內於香港、台灣和中國大陸等地 包括香港演藝學院、國立臺灣大學和西安青年美術館等十多個藝術機構 策劃和教授近三十個不同主題的肢體研習工作坊。

Kwok is a Taiwan-based choreographer, performer and educator.

 

Originally from Hong Kong, he graduated from BA (Hons) Visual Studies of Lingnan University of Hong Kong. After graduation, kwok was the tutor of Leap! Body Movement Programme organized by The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation and received pre-job training at Cloud Gate Dance School in Taiwan.

 

Kwok danced in choreographies of Katura Kan, Yuko Kawamoto and was a dancer for Legend Lin Dance Theatre (Taiwan).

 

Since 2013, he created four major choreographies, staging at four international arts festival.  Czech Bird, Taipei Sky (2016), River Within Body (2015), Last Six Summer (2014) and PEEK-A-BOO (2013) were staged in Castle Depot Artist Village(Hong Kong), WuZhen Theatre Festival(Mainland China), Macau Fringe Festival and Summer Theatre Festival of Möbius Strip Theatre (Taiwan) respectively. 

 

Since 2015, Kwok focuses on international artist-in-residency and actively engaging in dance education. In the past three years, he has facilitated more than thirty workshops and educational projects, collaborating with more than ten arts institution in the regions of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China.
